Join Chef Mark Noguchi as he leads workshop participants through the basic knife skills everyone should be comfortable with in the kitchen. This workshop will cover an introduction to knife care and sharpening, grip, technique and safety protocols, the basics of slicing and chopping common ingredients, and then put it all to work in helping to prep the family meal for the event: Chef Gooch’s favorite stir fry!
Bring 1-2 of your favorite knifes, and Chef “Gooch” will show you how to put it to better use.
